In addition to whole plane charters we also operate "consolidation" flights where individual operators buy a portion of the aircraft on a weekly basis alongside other similar minded operators. "Allocations" on these aircraft vary from 10 seats per week to 100+ seats per week. Because we know our clients so well we know which ones will be good air partners and "share" their capacity to a mutual advantage. This also means that a new client starting out is not overstepping what he is comfortable with but still has the full service of a client who may have twice as many seats on a committed basis. It also means they can buy more seats from one of the other "sharers" or sell some of their own seats if they have too many at any time.
Consolidation works really well at provincial airports when a client may wish to "open up" his sales potential but does not want the commitment of their own aircraft in the first year or two.
